Situation: A telecom group has recently bought an operator an English speaking county in Africa. They have rebranded the mobile money opération. But the results are far below expectations.

The operator is looking for an expert, preferably from the region, who could support in
- Developing the distribution (number of agents), specially in the rural regions, follow up the launch of new services (salary payments, bill payments, bank to wallet, money transfer in the region, etc.)

There is a possibility to be hired at the end of the mission

The expert must have a strong telecom experience
- in in development countries
- in Mobile Money
- Marketing, Sales and PMO

English (speaks, reads and writes) is a must
