Acting on behalf and for the account of a main customer, our client is looking for a transition management mission candidate. It is about the management of a large software factory entity (1,200 people in total, including subcontractors) and the development of strategic projects, on behalf of the main business unit.
This software factory is spread over three continents: the United Kingdom (London) where the position is located, India (Mumbai) where most of the teams, internal and external, are located and U.S. (Atlanta).
The mission is for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.

The "ideal" candidate must have the following skills and talents:
• experience and perfect control of software development and maintenance teams management and in
particular teams spread over different geographical sites (see above);
• experience in IT project management and quality control;
• fluent in English;
• able to settle for the duration of the mission in London with trips to India (once a month) and more
rarely (1 to 2 times during the mission) in Atlanta.
Knowledge of the trades and processes of the clients of the customer will be a plus; therefore, the knowledge of the candidate's background and the environments for which he or she has worked will be useful.
