A telecom operator is looking for his VP IT Development

His main responsibilities:
Perform Comprehensive Business requirement analysis for IT Service Request
• Act as IT Business Partners and review any user requests incl. the IT investment forecast expense
• Gather and discuss with product owner on their requirements
• Hand in hand with IT Architecture & Strategy to provide the best and affordable solution deliverables

Perform Comprehensive Product Configuration & In-house Development
• Configures product to fulfill business users' requirements
• Ensure delivery of configured product meets highest quality standard within agreed timeframe
• Manage overall end to end development process to ensure all application development requests are delivered
• Supervise internal resouces in doing project deliverey
• Supervise vendors in doing the project implementation.

Perform Quality Assurance, Problem Assessment and Mitigation
• Develop IT QA standards and testing procedures.
• Participate in various testing for all IT initiatives before Go Live phase
• Troubleshoot issues related to product configuration or application development
• Identify potential risks & issues before Go Live phase and escalate to the related parties

Compensation
up to 80k USD (gross) / annum + house/apartment + plane ticket

10 years experience in leading a group of developers to delivered complex project
