We are looking a technical and wholesales expert for a telecom operator
Mission based in an English speaking sub-saharian african country

Project includes 3 work streams:
1) Network Strategy definition (covering fixed and mobile networks; core and access technologies and architecture);
2) Fixed Network footprint, covering assessment of exchange economics, and decommissioning exchanges and/or setting actions to increase revenues;
3) Wholesale strategy and services, covering Fixed Broadband

Key experience requirements
- For Wholesale : Fixed connectivity services and pricing; Fixed economics
- For Network footprint: Fixed legacy technologies decommissioning; Economical assessment of fixed line (profitability per exchange); commercial initiatives to drive growth of fixed broadband services
- For Network strategy : Fixed technologies, including FTTH, VDSL,… Mobile technologies with focus on 4G; Network Function virtualisation; software Defined networks, software optimized networks
