JOB PURPOSE
The role is responsible for creating and managing Distributor channels to ensure reach into all outlet profiles which have Walk-in customer interactions for device purchase. Branded device chains, Computer accessory outlets, Standalone key device stores, Large format retailers etc.
He needs to create a robust process of servicing these outlets thru Partners to enable through put and outlet share.
Role Dimensions:
• Direct : Large Stores and chains manage directly
• Indirect : Responsible for managing other channels through partners
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1) Increase Home Broadband sales in all device selling outlets
2) Identify and Tie-up large format retailers and Mobile device chains thru long-term programs including management of promotor models etc.
3) Create Distributor partners for reaching out to Standalone device outlets
4) Computer outlets contribute significantly to Home broadband sales given the complimentary nature of product. Create channel partners to access this marker.
5) Achieve assigned gross add targets through efficient management of sales channels and outlets.
6) Stock management for all outlets and channels
7) Controlling and minimizing the churn of new business
8) Ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements – managing subscriber enrolment, documentation, etc.
9) Providing the necessary support and training to different channels and sales executives

• 5 years of in-depth Sales and Marketing experience in the telecom/ FMCG/ Retail industry
