The expert must have:
- A solid experience of CTIO (more than 10 years) for a large operation mobile operator (more than 5 million subscribers and more than 600 Millions US$ turnover
- Experience in Network and Capex optimisation
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Department reorganization and transformation experience
- Emerging markets experience
