    Roles and responsibilities
    Within the sponsorship of the operator Business Services BU - Finance, the PRIME change manager will lead the Business Services BU Change management activity of PRIME implementation throughout the rollout of Business Services BU entities.

    As such the change manager will challenge the integrator in charge of change management deployment and ensure the change management deliverables are produced on a timely manner.

    During the PRIME project the change manager will manage integrator change management activities consisting in:
    - Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities
    Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by PRIME transformation

    - Supporting communication efforts
    Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

    - Assessing the change impact
    Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

    - Supporting training efforts
    Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.


    Additional responsibilities may include:
    - PMO tasks to support PRIME project management office:
    - Gathering data about project progress and producing reports
    - Managing project communication and meeting plan:
    Organize and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders ensuring that decisions are taken by the right people, based on the right information
    Enrich collaborative and document platforms (Plazza, sharepoint) providing information with a single source of truth. Information should be relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making stopping project teams from reinventing the wheel by being a central point for lessons learned, templates and best practice

    - Complete change management assessments
    - Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
    - Identify and manage anticipated resistance
    - Consult and coach project teams
    - Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
    - Support and engage senior business leaders
    - Coach entities managers and supervisors
    - Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
    - Coordinate efforts with other specialists
    - Integrate change management activities into project plan
    - Evaluate and ensure user readiness
    - Manage stakeholders
    - Track and report issues
    - Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
    - Support change management at the organization

    A consulting company is looking for one of his customers telecom operator a PMO - PRIME change Manager for an 18 months mission

    Warning: daily rates must be aggressive as it is a long assignments. The target daily rate is between 300 and 400€/day. No expenses will be supported by the customer. The consultant must support all his expenses including accommodations, transport and food expenses.

    Skills and qualifications:
    - A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
    - Experience and knowledge of PMO, change management principles, methodologies and tools
    - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Experience with Portfolio Project Management (PPM) methodology, tools and phases of the project lifecycle especially with Time Tracking activity and project referential
    - Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
    - Experience with similar PPM change management project
    - Experience with PPM software (CA PPM or similar PPM vendors)
