- This expertise mission consists in supporting the operator in operation and maintenance Tasks of RAN 2G/3G/4G networks.
- One of the main objectives of the mission will be the Troubleshooting top worst cells in RAN networks via OSSs (U2000 and NetAct)
- The support will also include RAN 2G/3G/4G KPI improvement and costumer care
- The expert will ensure the knowledge transfer to the local engineers KPI flowing

C. Common Activities
1. Daily Support of NOC, QoS Analyst Radio Team, Customer NPO of implementation tasks & resolving issues
2. Daily Support of FLM (Field engineer) for resolving issues
3. Support for Analysing complex customer complaints
4. Support & implementation of all RAN 2G/3G/4G configuration : MML,XML,CME configurations, creation sites , all type tunning parameters, feature, measurement & timers
5. Care activities : Handling Case Resolve after evaluation of Impact and resolve major issues
6. Coordinating major undetermined issues analysis within the Network
7. knowledge transfer to the local engineers in Routine maintenance, Configuration, Provisioning, Integration, Troubleshooting and problem solving in RAN 2G/3G/4G Huawei and NOKIA
The expert will be responsible of his own activity and should work autonomously but always checking the approval of local RAN support manager before any major change within the live network.

- Huawei and Nokia experience are required for this mission
