A start-up full MVNO is looking for a senior Sales & Distribution expert who will have do the interim management of the Sales & Distribution department until the local CSO gets recruited.
He will have to
- define the Sales & Distribution market entry approach
- define how he will achieve his sales targets
- define the organisation chart
- define job description
- conduct interviews to select team members
- define the sales budget
- define sales processes
- select, negotiate and sign distributors
- select, train, merchandise the points of sales
- define sales incentives distribution remuneration scheme
- define sales dashboard and specify his IT functional needs
- participate to the training module definition and organise his team and the distribution training
