Main mission: He/she will be responsible for the implementation and execution of an ESCO (Energy Service COmpany) project in Myanmar.
Context: the power equipment supplier has signed an ESCO contract with a Myanmar Towerco. This 10 years contracts consists of providing power to +/- 200 radio sites in an opex model. In order to implement and execute this contract, Voltalia is looking for a consultant acting as a project manager in relation with the HQ.

Responsibilities: The project manager will be involved in 4 areas:
Contract closing:
- To assist the Telecom Account Director to close the contract
- To enter in contact and negotiate with local suppliers
- To prepare the implementation phase
- To manage all local administrative tasks

Contract implementation:
- To set up the implementation plan
- To manage all the implementation phase
- To manage the relations with subcontractors and suppliers
- To report to the Telecom Account Director project follow-up on a weekly basis.

Contract execution:
- To follow the execution of the equipments installation & services management by the subcontractors
- To set up and report KPIs versus target and took corrective actions as necessary
- To be the primary contact with the Customer in Myanmar
- To organise and lead meetings with the Customer (performance reviews, reconciliations of invoices, etc)

HQ support:
- To execute some administrative tasks on behalf of power equipment supplier HQ (company set-up, customs, VAT, etc)
- Before Country Manager recruited, to act as the power equipment supplier representative in Myanmar.

Skills required:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written). French is a plus
- Ideally knowledge of ESCO model
- Ability to work with senior executives and local partners
- Capability to work under pressure
- Ability to make different teams working together with a common goal

Specific Experience required:
- 3 years experience as a Technical Project Manager, ideally in Myanmar
- Experience in the energy and/or telecom sectors
