A state-owned operator needs to be audited by a telecom expert team who will have to present a clear presentation of the current situation, an action plan proposition, a new organization proposal and a business case.

During the mission a PMO with a strong experience in audit and transformation will be necessary to supervise and animate the entire project.

The expert must have more than 15 years of PMO experience with at least 5 years in audit and transformation projects
