An operator in Middle East is looking for a CM expert
- Ensuring proper enhancement of the team capabilities which shall consist of 7 to 8 FTEs
- Ensuring ongoing direct marketing campaign execution to reduce churn and increase revenue (define queries, identify new segments, define offers)
- Conducting Bi-weekly campaign progress and commercial activities review
- Implement process in order to ensure proper transfer of the capabilities after the assignment in order to guarantee sustainable CBM performance
