The commercial expert will be acting as Head of Commercial. This will include:
- Marketing
- Communication
- Sales and distribution
- Customer Care
This expert will define:
- The action plan per department up to the operator launch
- The budget
- Team organisation chart
- The marketing, sales, communication and Customer Care plan
He will do his best to put in place the necessary actions to implement these plans
He will participate to the team recruitment
He will manage the teams until the local managers get recruited
He will do the necessary handovers
