A start-up full MVNO is looking for a senior HR expert who will have do the interim management of HR department until the local HR manager gets recruited.

He will have to 
- define the HR policy
- define the company organisation chart
- define job descriptions
- define employment contracts
- conduct interviews to select team members
- define the HR budget
- participate and lead the salary and incentive scheme definitions
- define HR dashboard
- participate to the training module definition and organise the staff training
- define IT functional needs for the IT HR tool
- ...
