On operator is looking for a consultant who will be able to support the HR team in setting up the “Organization for the future”
· Review the HR systems / process and advice and support HR in the Digitalisation plans
· Explore opportunities to Digitalise / Automate functions across the operator and recommended changes in the Org. design accordingly
· Identify Digital competencies/behaviours required for the transformation and update the Competency Framework accordingly.
· Recommend and Support HR in modifying HR systems and process resulting in enhanced digital competencies
· Develop and implement change management program for company’s digital transformation based on the strategic plan.
· Develop Digital communication channels to support digital transformation program and progress to maximise engagement and promote involvement.
· Develop awareness campaign and raise awareness among employees on benefits of going digital, by delivering training and knowledge sessions and using other communication channels to ensure:
• Strategy alignment and understanding
• Transform mindset of the operator's Family member to digital future.
• Encouraging a positive attitude and program engagement among all employees.
· Revisit all JD’s across the organisation and update them
