A consulting firm is looking for his client (local regulator) a customer claims management expert - ISO 10002:2018 standard
Mission scope
Identification of gap analysis
Review the complaints management cycle
Provide the best practice
Design, development and implementation of complaints management system as per the requirements of ISO 10002:2018 standard
Document review and system evaluation through internal audits and management Reviews and periodic MIS reports for top management
Assistance during certification audit by the certifying agency
Project Monitoring
We need an ISO certified consultant or at least someone with experience with the mentioned standard. He will be part of a team of 2 to 3 people.
