A start-up full MVNO is looking for a senior Customer Care expert who will have do the interim management of the CC department until the local manager gets recruited.
He will have to
- define the Customer Care market entry approach
- define how he will achieve his targets
- define the organisation chart
- define job description
- conduct interviews to select team members
- define the CC budget
- define CC processes
- define CC dashboard and specify his IT functional needs for CC IT tools
- participate to the training module definition and organise it for his team
