The expert PMO will be in charge of the coordinating the operational management, the follow up and the projects reporting.
o He creates reporting and projects follow up
o He verifies the progress of each project
- He communicates on the projects progress, he alerts when he identifies risks or blocking points.
- He put up in place actions to get problems solved
- He facilitates cooperation between departments

He will have to do more than a standard PMO. He will have to be completely involved, understand the subjects/projects, have the vision on how to organize and get things done, identified blocking points, push to get them solved, unblock situation, facilitate, make things happen.
