A telecom operator is looking for his COO
He will have to manage Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Communication, IT and Technical for BtoC and BtoB

Operation with a turnover > 1 billon US$ and more than 15 M customers

The expert must have a at least 5 years of CEO experience for medium size operation or COO of a large telecom operator
CCO experience is not sufficient as the candidates must have commercial and technical management background


- Telecom (3G and 4G)
- Officer level
- Emerging markets is a plus
- Languages : need to be bilingual either French English or Arabic English
