Role & Function:
Maintaining the ERP, AX in conformity with the Company’s Financial Manual / Procedures guided by IFRS
Analyze user requirements and ensure their implementation into AX
Primary Tasks:
Perform user acceptance tests for all implementations
Perform reconciliation of data from the various source systems to that in the MIS to ensure data integrity within the various analytic systems and tools.
Enhance the use of the ERP by critically evaluating its current usage versus the business requirements.
Responsible as administrator to ERP system, assigning access rights and closely monitors usage.
Responsible for report writing to populate the various libraries and also ensure correct filing of all reports as per local Management report requirements and as per IFRS under the guidance of the Finance Director
Ensure the implementation of all reports currently done using adhoc reporting tools into the ERP
Prepare data analysis tools in ERP and generate executive dashboard reports using ERP Report Writer.
Organize regular and relevant training for all ERP users as well as for new staff so that all approved users are trained to advanced level of competency in the ERP.
Stay updated with global trends and Microsoft developments on AX and disseminate information internally.
Be the key Roshan contact on dealings with vendors for support and upgrades.
Cooperate in general administrative matters
Responsibilities & Authority:
Maintain AX and ensure that always the latest version is in application
Liaise with IT and other system vendors for matters pertaining to licences, SLA and upgrades
Ensure that all interfaces with AX are understood and used optimally
Ensure all Financial Reports are correct

Job Specification:
Education : BSc or BCom (Management Information Systems) or Equivalent
Professional: CPA / IMIS – preferable not must
Experience : min 5 years experience
