A telecom operator is looking for a buyer expert / PMO expert to support him in putting in place the procurement yearly plan from the 2018 budget validated for each internal client (discussions with internal clients, timeline definition, procurement quarterly split, yearly roadmap definition)

Un opérateur télécom cherche un support pour
- mettre en place le plan annuel d’approvisionnement d'après les budgets 2018 validés avec les différentes directions clientes internes (Définir la time line, répartir les achats par quarter, et définir la roadmap pour l'année)
- mettre en place des dashboard de suivi

The expert must
- speak French and English or Arabic and English
- Have a tong experience in telecom, specially on the IT et Technical part
- master the procurement process
- understand the technical and IT projects to be able to discuss it with the internal clients

L'expert doit
- parler Français-Anglais ou Arabe-Anglais
- avoir une forte expérience telecom, tout particulièrement sur la parti IT et Technique
- maitriser le processus achats
- Etre capable de comprendre les projets techniques et IT afin de pouvoir discuter le detail avec les clients internes
