JOB PURPOSE:
• Overall responsibility and management of the function of IT Telecom operations.
• Develop and implement the operational model aligned with the company/group strategy within the Digital transformation, with direct responsibility of the implementation/migration strategy elaboration and validation securing the business continuity while adapting the business process change.
• Work closely with Engineering team and business team ensuring overall operational model to achieve highest cost efficient, stability, availability and quality of all IT operation an infrastructure structures.
• Restructure and fine-tune the organization for business process oriented instead of system oriented within the IT Transformation project.
Responsibilities :
• Ensure overall operation application strategy and architecture to achieve highest cost efficient, stability, availability and quality of all IT operation and infrastructure structures.
• Restructure and fine-tune the organization for business process oriented instead of system oriented within the IT Digital Transformation project.
• Lead the IT Managed services and Vender performance management
• Maintain the IT BSS/OSS and ensure the implantation/migration of IT/Business projects – Digital BSS/ Enterprise service solutions/ Data management platform.
• IT OPEX/CAPEX forecasting and rationalization based on the company target
• Elaborate and develop the business continuity based on the company risk management
• Ensure the SOX /governance and process compliancy in the operational process
• Support the engineering for the project implementation and elaborate and validate migration plan of the planned projects – DMP/Digital BSS/ Enterprises support/ VAS transformation.
• Work and improve the skills of the team for the new technology based NVFI, Cloud and Big data and digital business process.
• Support the business for the roadmap execution and implementation
• Oversee the onsite support (Internal/corporate customer, POS and own Shops) for IT infrastructure and elaborate a business/operational model for outsourcing opportunities.

Package: between 31 à 44K€/an + 6 months bonus + company car + mutual insurance

Related Experience:
• Strong background in IT Operation and infrastructure
• At least 15 years of related experience in Information Technology in analysis and development.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 12 years managing teams.
- Telecom industry background. Wide experience in Prepaid platforms
- Strong skills in contractual obligations (Managed service, design, implementation, acceptance,)
- Managed services experience
- Risk analysis and Problems solving till Crisis management and reporting
- IT Business Process Improvement, Acquisition and Integration management.
- Experience of successful launches of IT OSS/BSS and Value added services activities and projects
- Worked/Proven on IT OPEX/CAPEX and performance management
- Building Business Continuity Plan : process & procedures, escalations, Disaster recovery and full redundancy
- Knowledge of Digital capabilities Front end and Back end platforms
- Experience of Telecom /IT vendor management
- Experience and knowledge on Oracle DB, Open sources, IT Software/ VMware
- Good knowledge and understanding IT Architecture
• Notions: Security, SOX compliance and IT governance
• Previous experience in GSM Telecom operators.
• Experience in Telecom IT BSS especially: CRM-Loyalty-Provisioning, Sales support, NPS…
• Experience in ERP systems. Oracle a plus
• Experience in DWH and business intelligence. Teradata and informatica
• Experience in messaging concepts and collaboration Systems. MS Exchange and HP Service desk a definite plus
• Experience in Revenue Management and Fraud systems. RAID and SUBEX a definite plus
• Experience Entreprise infrastructure Router, Servers, cloud, NFV…
• Experience in managing complex large sized projects
• Prior experience managing strategic vendor relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and communications and presentation skills
