Purpose of the job
• Own and Lead the devices line of business end to end with strong ambition of Growth
• Coordinate all parties to reach top line objectives in devices: Finance, Supply chain &, Procurement, Sales Channels, Online Channels.
• Manage the relationships with vendors, distributors and the operator Group to ensure the best device proposition and build co-marketing actions.
• Develop a comprehensive devices strategy that puts the operator at the forefront of consumer devices purchase options (TOMA), serve the overal strategy to push data, new usages and 4G penetration.
• Develop an annual budget and a quarter forecast of the Devices business that assures an accretion to the operator business and a healthy P&L.
Managing, supporting and developing the members of the Devices team to achieve their objectives in a timely and appropriate manner that contributes positively to the The operator business strategy.
Duties and responsibilities
• Set strategic directions to meet the department plans and business objectives while ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Strong leadership skills to lead a cross functional business and walk the balance without loosing control with the different stakeholders (Finance, Supply chain, procurement and sales Channels)
• Significant ability to understand technology, product management, and product integrations.

• Evaluate and authorize all department standards, policies and procedures.
Functional Management
• Achieve company set goals and KPIs for the devices business.
• Develop the company devices strategy that will serve the corporate strategic directions and positioning in the market.
• Represent the operator as key affiliate within the group in the business review meetings held at the Supplier.
• Present the operator / the devices team at national and global events and liaise with local and international bodies as appropriate.
Lead the Devices business End to End
• Assure a clear boarder on the different stakeholder’s boundaries, rules and responsibilities.
• Assure sole ownership of driving and influencing the business decision end to end.
• Assure clear targets are set all market segments and Sales channels to assure that the devices team is delivering against the company objectives and is fulfilling the requirements and expectations of the Shareholder.
• Liaise with all internal customers to ensure that the devices team is receiving sufficient support to deliver against the team objectives and is fulfilling the requirements and expectations of their stakeholders.
Budget & Profitability
• Lead and manage the company annual (with its updates) devices budget, sales channels targets and retention-loyalty programs devices business share.
• Assure that the devices categories split and Sales channels operating margins will lead to the budget operating revenue and margin.
• Assure that the growth of the business will partially offset / offset the non-generating revenue activities (Free items - loyalty programs – Data Devices Subsidy).
• Work closely with the order planning and demand forecasting to assure an adequate level of stock to hurt neither profitability nor availability.
Devices Committee
• Lead , manage & organize the quarterly devices ranging committee and monthly devices business review meetings to gain sign off for the alternative device range, sales achievements, sales channels forecast fulfillment rate, inventory coverage and device activity plans.
Supplier and external parties
• Manage and develop the relationships with manufacturers and distributors in order to leverage the operator's position as the number one operator and gain competitive advantage. This will include the best device prices, minimum volume commitments where appropriate, prioritized stock allocation, device exclusives, time to market benefit, color variants, added value bundles, trade marketing support and incremental revenues and otherwise maximize the commercial benefits that the operator enjoys from the manufacturers.
• Liaise with manufacturers and distributors to review their current and future strategies to identify the most appropriate for the operator to achieve the business targets.
• Work with manufacturers and external parties (GfK, trade associations etc) to understand the dynamics of the current and future Local and global device market - manufacturer and market volume and value share for price points.
• Liaise with all external suppliers to ensure that the devices team is receiving sufficient support to deliver against the team objectives.
Devices Team tasks
• Devise and implement the Devices strategy to include devices ranging methodology, sales channel targets, device activity, and supplier relationship management.
• Operate at a management level to work and support the Devices team to establish the business requirements.
• Devise and implement appropriate portfolio, sales and device activity plans to fulfill these requirements and achieve the company objectives.
• Introduce and manage a competitive, attractive, differentiated The operator devices and accessory portfolio with fully dedicated sales and device activity plans that fulfills business requirements.
• Manage the activities of the Devices team to minimise duplication, optimise efficiency and ensure that projects are prioritised and delivered in a timely and appropriate manner.
People Management
• Interview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for the department.
• Provide coaching and request needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.
• Ensure a healthy working environment for the department employees through focusing on team building and motivation initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development.

Experience
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Experience of marketing & sales with strong operation background .
• Resourceful with agility and high responses to changes
Education
• University degree from a reputable university.
• MBA or Project Management (PMP) is an asset
