The operate seeks the support to re-launch the geo-marketing activities while building up on the new pricing tools:
Assess current geo-marketing situation (audit phase), gathering of all the available KPIs.
Define KPIs that will go in the target dashboard (glossary).
Create first version of dashboard with available KPIs.
Prepare phase 2 that consist in production of the target dashboard, based on difficulty of creating the target dashboard a go no go for phase 2 will be decided conjointly with the consultants and Zain
Train team to produce the dashboard.
Update the pricing tool based on the geo-market inputs.
