One of the Sudanese operator is having difficulties in delivering connectivity to his customers in a short delay acceptable by the customers

The expert will have to review the process from order until connection at customer level, identifies issues, propose corrections, support for implementation and train the local team

The expert must
- have an extensive technical and Go to Market experience in FTTh and FTTx
- Engineer profile in telecom with at least 10 years of experience
- Good experience in roll-out, control, maintenance of FTTh infrastructure
- Speak English. Arabic will be a plus
