Project Background
· An East African telecom regulator has enforced all the MNOs to adopt the KYC (Know Your Customer) regulatory framework.
· Our client operator has adopted the regulatory framework for full compliance for subscriber registration.
· To re-enforce and ensure the compliance, he would like to run a “KYC framework compliance program”.
Overall Objective
100% compliance for the active subscriber base.
Strategic Actions
1. Registration compliance enforcement for new subscribers
2. Compliance fulfillment for all existing active subscribers.
Project Streams
1. Reconcile and Audit all the registration data between all platforms
2. Change the registration process to go through a single channel
3. Perform changes to the technical platforms based on the short term and long term priorities.
We expect the PM to manage the full KYC program end to end for all the key actions.

Knowledge & Experience
• 8 years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Competent and proficient understanding of platforms and processes such as Registration KYC, Mobile finance, middleware and other key telecommunication backbone platforms.
• Least 3 years’ experience in sales and distribution related processes and processes related to subscriber registration.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools
• Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
