JOB PURPOSE:
• Ensure proper analysis, design, development, implementation, integration and operation of applications in areas related to Enterprise Systems including Data platform Management (DWH, Big Data, Hadoop, Hortonworks, ETL, BO, Uses cases), Customer management systems (CRM-Loyalty-NPS-Provisioning, sales support ..), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource systems, business intelligence and decision support systems, Collaboration Systems, Revenue Management Systems and Fraud. Digital BSS (ESB, BSS API, Mobile application development..)
• Ensure overall application strategy and architecture to achieve highest cost efficient, stability, availability and quality of all enterprise Systems.
Responsibilities:
Successful Management of Enterprise Department objectives
• Ensure effective evaluation, selection, and development/implementation of corporate enterprise systems, derived from user requirements to adequately support business needs at optimal cost/benefit levels and maintain internal user satisfaction.
• Ensure appropriate solutions and technologies are running to control collection and high usage functions in daily basis to reduce potential fraud or bad debts cases
• Implementation of appropriate mechanism to control system availability
Successful Support of business units using Information Technology
• Implementation and management of an integrated ERP solution to manage all company’s financial and logistics aspects
• Development and implementation of solutions Customer management systems: CRM, Loyalty, NPS, Provisioning and sales channels, to support business roadmap
• Development and implementation of a robust Datawarehosuing solution and business intelligence platform to support all company’s reporting and analytical requirements, and evolving smoothly to Big Data analytics and applications.
• Development and implementation of solutions for Revenue Assurance and Fraud management and SIM BOX detection.
• Implement effective messaging, mechanism, service desk applications
• Automation of company enterprise activities in areas related to Sales, HR, Call center and Finance.
Effective budget management, resources utilization and overtime control
• Effective budget planning and follow-up as per CAPEX and OPEX plans and guidelines.
• Thorough preparation for obtaining both internal and OTH financial/investment approval
• Effective resource utilization and overtime control for all staff
Duties:
System Availability of IT production Systems
• Adequately transfer knowledge to IT Systems and operations support upon migration of systems to production
• Third line application support to ensure availability of Business applications as per business SLA.
• Effective problem identification and resolution processes with timely escalation to senior management.
Effective vendor management
• Ensure that all application contracts and services are acquired through proper vendor negotiation and management process in order to achieve a win-win relationship with our partners with best possible and cost effective deals to manage our CAPEX and OPEX
• Ensure implementation of company and holding company procurement and systems strategy.
• Effective and periodical measurement and tracking of vendor performance
Structure the Enterprise Systems department to most effectively support the business demands
• Recruit, manage, motivate, coach and develop all Enterprise teams members
• Ensure adequate load balancing and succession planning
• Qualified resources recruitment, motivation, retention, backup and cross-functioning
• Create a team-work environment ensuring full professional management of the IT team with full discipline in all job aspects.

Related Experience:
• At least 12 years of related experience in Information Technology in analysis and development.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing teams.
• Previous experience in GSM Telecom operators.
• Experience in Telecom IT BSS especially: CRM-Loyalty-Provisioning, Sales support, NPS..
• Experience in ERP systems. Oracle a plus
• Experience in DWH and business intelligence. Teradata and informatica a definite plus
• Experience in messaging concepts and collaboration Systems. MS Exchange and HP Service desk a definite plus
• Experience in Revenue Management and Fraud systems. RAID and SUBEX a definite plus
• Experience in managing complex large sized projects
• Prior experience managing strategic vendor relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and communications and presentation skills
• Must be team oriented, flexible and have a professional/responsible attitude.
