Develop end-to-end Technology strategy for Expresso that will result in business growth
Manage and oversee Technical & IT Budget and efficient utilization of budget
Consistently evalute Technical operation efficiency and develop our operational model to achieve optimum utilization of resources.
Manage Techncial operations organization to ensure continuous Availabilityof service , Quality of service and business targets are achieved.
Evaluates new technology and makes recommendations on technological solutions & trends for the benefit of the company
Establish and montior progress against Key performance indicators across all Techncial functions to achieve business growth.
Cutlivate a culture of execution, innovation & team work among teams – and maintain a culture & develop programs that attracts and retains Talent.
Develop Techncial processes & policies that will meet SLAs and achieve business growth

A telecom group is looking for a CTO for one of his subsidiaries in a sub-Saharan african country.
He will be responsible for the Technology strategy. He/she will drive & oversee all Techncial functions and Techncial resources & assests to achieve business growth.
He must be able to work in French and English
Formal education required: University degree. Possession of an advanced degree and / or an MBA will be desirable
Years & field of experience required: At least ten years’ experience with a minimum of five years in a senior Technical management level in a telecommunication company.
