The operator has a department dedicated to Enterprise sales. In parallel to the commercial organization, a BtoB Manager has been appointed in 2015 among the Marketing department.
The operator propose the following services:
- Voice and data postpaid offers
- Closed User Groups tariffs
- Voice and data hybrid offers (currently reshaped)
- Internet offers based on 3G and 4G boxes
- Internet offers point to point and point to multiple points
The new billing system is in roll out phase and should be live in November. This will offer the possibility to important improvement such as real time billing.
The roadmap has been proposed for 2016 with the development and the launch of:
- Mobile fleet management service
- Voice and data offers review (postpaid and hybrid)
- Mobile VPN
- Mobile PBX
- Retention program
The request for support is the following:
1- Define and implement a simple segmentation in the business tracking tools
a. Propose a relevant segmentation
b. Verify data availability in the systems
c. Secure and provide durability to the reporting per segments on the product lines basis
d. Propose recommendations on differentiated customer paths per segments, taking into account the operators' organization and assets (identifying the quick wins versus propositions demanding more important efforts)
2- Define and put in place the segmented product portfolio
a/ Propose a phasing going from Basic (covering competition offers' perimeter) to Advanced going through Mature for each segment
b. Include differentiation components, such as
i. Services coming form the Group internal innovation catalogue
ii. Relevant partnership proposals
c. Regarding the priority offers (« Basic » as first stage), propose a detailed description including pricing and business case
d. On the priority offers, initiate the first « time to market » product development milestones, up to the launch
3- Define an efficient communication and a sales representatives’ tool box
a. Define communication roadmap recommendations
b. Define the toolbox for each product line / each segment
c. Cooperate with the Communication team to define the communication proposals

- Segmentation, offers raodmap and definition, TTM and Go2Market expert

- Reporting and retention tools expert
Must be fluent in English
The mission will be based at 80 to 90% on site in th sub-Saharian african country and the operator's premises
